In the case of persistent adaptation issues, customers are entitled to:
(1) a follow-up eye examination and
(2) a complimentary replacement pair of lenses, of the same or lower design and value.

In the case of prescription change within 30 days of the eye examination, customers are entitled to:
(1) a follow-up eye examination and
(2) a complimentary pair of lenses with the updated prescription.

As part of our commitment to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the quality of the products (frames and lenses), they are entitled to carry out a visual inspection of their purchases on collection. Customers are entitled to an exchange of a new frame and/or lens if there are identifiable defects that render the condition of the products unsatisfactory.

If manufacturing defects are found on products (frames and lenses) within 1 year from the date of collection, Customers are entitled to a complimentary replacement of defective product.

Immediate family members of Spectacle Hut customers will receive a complimentary basic eye examination.
