Brunello Cucinelli’s eyewear journey began with a 2021 collaboration with Oliver Peoples. This collaboration led to the release of a capsule collection featuring frames with details like Cucinelli’s “Monile” pattern and discreetly engraved logos. In 2022, Cucinelli and EssilorLuxottica signed a 10-year licensing agreement, allowing Cucinelli to launch its first standalone eyewear collection under its own brand name. This collection showcased design elements inspired by Solomeo, the town where Cucinelli’s company is based, and features a blend of classic and contemporary styles.
