Spectacle Hut reserves the right to cancel the order and all deposits will be forfeited completely should the goods remain uncollected 3 months from the issuance of the receipt.
2. RETURN, EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY POLICY
Comprehensive 60-Day Prescription Guarantee for Progressive Lenses
If new progressive prescription lenses cause you any discomfort, we will provide a second free eye examination and if necessary, a complimentary replacement within 60 days of product handover date (contact lenses excluded).
1-Year Frame/1-Year Lens Manufacturing Defect Guarantee
If manufacturing defects are found on frame within 1 year of purchase (handover), or on lens (coating) within 1 year of purchase (handover), we will replace without additional charge (accidental damage and human factor damage excluded).
3. NON-MANUFACTURING DEFECT EYEWEAR REPLACEMENT PLAN
If eyewear is damaged due to non-manufacturing defect within 1 year of purchase, Customers can opt to purchase the same eyewear at 50% price.

365 days’ non-manufacturing defect eyewear replacement plan
- Only applicable if customer presents a proof of purchase.
- The non-manufacturing defect special replacement plan is for eyewear that is damaged due to scratches, breakage and mishandling within a year of purchase.
- Customer can opt to purchase the same eyewear with a special replacement fee of 50% full retail price.
- Damaged eyewear must be returned to Spectacle Hut when replacement is done.
All eyewear purchased in Spectacle Hut are eligible for the above terms and conditions of quality guarantee. Valid receipts are required.
