In the case of persistent adaptation issues, customers are entitled to
(1) a follow-up eye examination and
(2) a complimentary replacement pair of lenses,
of the same or lower design and value.
In the case of prescription change within 30 days of the eye examination, customers are entitled to
(1) a follow-up eye examination and
(2) a complimentary pair of lenses with the updated prescription.
As part of our commitment to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the quality of the products (frames and lenses), they are entitled to carry out a visual inspection of their purchases on collection. Customers are entitled to an exchange of a new frame and/or lens if there are identifiable defects that render the condition of the products unsatisfactory.
If manufacturing defects are found on products (frames and lenses) within 1 year from the date of collection, Customers are entitled to a complimentary replacement of defective product.
Customers purchasing an optical pair (frames and lenses) enjoy a 50% discount off their second pair of frames and lenses within the same transaction
Customers of Spectacle Hut are entitled to receive complimentary cleaning, adjustments, and realignment of their spectacles/ sunglasses at any Spectacle Hut store.
Customers of Spectacle Hut are entitled to a complimentary basic eye examination at any Spectacle Hut store. We encourage customers to carry out basic eye examinations at least once a year.
Immediate family members of Spectacle Hut customers will receive a complimentary basic eye examination
Immediate family members of Spectacle Hut customers will receive a $50 voucher for their purchase if they come back with them.
